Hankook Debuts New Tires At The Great American Trucking Show

WAYNE, N.J. (Aug. 22, 2007) - Hankook Tire America Corp., manufacturer of ultra-high performance passenger, SUV, truck and bus tires, will be exhibiting new tires at the Great American Trucking Show (GATS) in Dallas, TX, on August 23-25, 2007.

At GATS, Hankook (booth #20140) will unveil the TL01 radial tire which features a superior 6 rib design for Line Haul Trailer applications. These tires provide low rolling resistance for increased mileage and fuel economy, multi-angled siping in the interior ribs for outstanding wet traction, and a defense groove on the outer rib to enhance irregular wear resistance. The tires also include center groove stone ejectors that add a layer of protection against stone drilling. The TL01 is available in the following sizes: 11R22.5, 11R24.5, 295/75R22.5 and 285/75R24.5.

In addition, Hankook Tire will launch the following truck and bus tire size expansions at GATS:

· AM02 - 445/65R22.5

· AM06 - 315/80R22.5 (10,000 lb. load capacity for Sanitation Applications)

· AH12 - 275/70R22.5
